Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rogliano’s career includes more than 14 years at The Pittston Company, a diversified mining, transportation and security company, where he held a number of senior level positions including CFO and Senior Vice President where he had direct operating responsibility for each of the company’s diverse divisions. While at Pittston, he helped develop and execute the strategic growth plan that substantially increased revenue and share price. He also led the company’s multimillion dollar expansion strategy, acquiring and integrating numerous companies worldwide. This, along with his direct management involvement in each division, resulted in a remarkable turnaround in corporate profitability in the mid-1990s.
Mr. Rogliano’s industry experience is diversified in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer operations, with extensive experience in supply chain management and managing multi-plant/facility businesses. Mr. Rogliano has a proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies and has demonstrated success at attracting capital investment for both internal and acquisitive growth.
An international perspective, successful labor management experience, and strong leadership skills allow Mr. Rogliano to strategically and efficiently develop global expansion anywhere along the supply chain - from sourcing of materials to sales. He demonstrated this both at Pittston and as CEO of TransPacific Capital LLC, a global investment company engaged in investment banking, professional management, transportation, and mining operations. His global business and management experience spans numerous countries.
Mr. Rogliano also served as CEO of MAXjet Airways, an international startup all-business class airline. Mr. Rogliano led the company from the development of its ground breaking and much copied strategic business model through a multimillion dollar global financing strategy. In its first year of operations, the airline was selected as the 2007 number two international airline in the world as determined by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
Most recently, Mr. Rogliano was CEO of INR Energy, a privately held producer and exporter of high-volatility metallurgical and thermal coal. There he led the management and acquisitions team to secure an acquisition deal worth four times the company’s original investment in less than three years.
Mr. Rogliano is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NRI Management, LLC, a company formed from INR Energy’s management team. NRI is a global company pursuing investments in coal and other industrial minerals as well as mining and mining infrastructure assets..
Mr. Rogliano, a CPA, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University. His work experience also includes a partnership position at Ernst and Young in their National Tax Practice.

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Williams has more than 20 years of experience in both surface and underground coal mining operations. Upon attaining his degree in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University, Mr. Williams started his career with CONSOL Energy in various and production supervisory positions including Section Foreman and Longwall Coordinator. After graduating from WVU’s College of Law, Mr. Williams worked as an attorney with Steptoe & Johnson in Clarksburg, WV specializing in labor and employment law where he primarily represented coal companies. Eventually, Mr. Williams returned to CONSOL Energy as a Mine Superintendent in southwest Virginia and later led CONSOL’s Australian joint venture as General Manager of Asia/Pacific. There he represented both CONSOL and their partner, AMCI, in managing a large longwall operation in New South Wales’ Hunter Valley. Mr. Williams returned to central Appalachia in 2003 as Vice President and General Manager of Pinnacle Mining, LLC. Pinnacle was acquired by Cliffs Natural Resources in 2007 and Mr. Williams became Senior Vice President of Operations for Cliffs.
Most recently, Mr. Williams was Chief Operating Officer at INR Energy, a privately held producer and exporter of high-volatility metallurgical and thermal coal. Mr. Williams managed INR’s coal mining operations in West Virginia, and helped to lead the company’s domestic and international ventures.

NRI is a global company pursuing investments in coal and other industrial minerals as well as mining and mining infrastructure companies. He holds a B.S. in Engineering in Mines from West Virginia University and a J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.

Senior Vice President
With more than 20 years of expertise in operations, human resources, management oversight and administration, Ms. Henry has industry experience on both national and global levels. She spent the early part of her career in human resources benefits consulting at KPMG. She then continued developing her career at Pearle Vision where she progressed to Senior Vice President of Human Resources with worldwide HR responsibility including Employee and Labor Relations, Loss Prevention and Safety and Risk. Ms. Henry also led Human Resources for the stores group of The Limited, a women’s fashion chain made up of 1,000 stores and 20,000 employees nationwide and managed a successful consulting practice where she worked with domestic and international industrial and services clients like Diageo, CMC Steel, Exult, Inc., St. Cloud Mining and Dialight Corporation.
Following that, Ms. Henry served as Vice President, Human Resources for MAXjet Airways, a startup international airline. Her experience and leadership responsibility for all in-flight crew were vital to the growth of the company and its selection as the 2007 number two international airline in the world as determined by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
From 2007 - 2010, Ms. Henry helped manage INR Energy, a privately held producer and exporter of high-volatility metallurgical and thermal coal, as Senior Vice President.
Ms. Henry is currently Senior Vice President at NRI Management, LLC, (NRI), a company formed from INR Energy’s management team. NRI is a global company pursuing investments in coal and other industrial minerals as well as mining and mining infrastructure companies. She holds a B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Masters Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Southern Methodist University.

Senior Vice President, Finance
Mr. DiStanlo has 12 years of experience in financial analysis and management roles within multiple industries. Formerly, he was a Director for Circuit City Stores, Inc. Prior to that, he was a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for a business unit of Fisher Scientific International, a $5 billion healthcare and laboratory supplies distributor. Mr. DiStanlo started his career in the financial services industry as an Assistant Economist in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank and later as a Research Analyst with a start-up financial services company, FolioFN, Inc. He also spent time as a consultant with KPMG Consulting in the financial advisory practice working with the federal government.
Mr. DiStanlo most recently worked with INR Energy, a privately held producer and exporter of high-volatility metallurgical and thermal coal, as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. He is currently Senior Vice President, Finance of NRI Management, LLC (NRI) a company formed from INR Energy’s management team. NRI is a global company pursuing investments in coal and other industrial minerals as well as mining and mining infrastructure companies.
Mr. DiStanlo holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in finance and quantitative analysis. He also holds a B.S. of Business Administration from the University of Richmond with concentrations in finance and economics.

Vice President and General Counsel
With more than 20 years of legal experience specializing in the areas of coal, oil, gas and commercial real estate, Charles D. “Chud” Dollison managed the Energy Practice for the law firm of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love, LLP in Charleston, West Virginia. Mr. Dollison was part of the management team of INR Energy, a privately held producer and exporter of high-volatility metallurgical and thermal coal. He played a central role in the negotiations and legalities that led to the acquisition of INR Energy for four times the company’s original investment.
Currently, Mr. Dollison is Vice President and General Counsel of Natural Resources International, LLC (NRI) a company formed out of INR Energy’s management team. Mr. Dollison holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stetson University and graduated from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.

Vice President and Controller
With more than 15 years of accounting experience, Mr. Sulanke began his career at Westvaco Corporation, a manufacturer of paper and packaging products. There, he held positions as Staff Accounting Analyst and Internal Auditor. Mr. Sulanke also served as Vice President and Controller for Colfax Corporation, a global manufacturer of pumps and fluid handling equipment. He played an instrumental role in preparing Colfax for its initial public offering in 2008. He also held Assistant Controller and Senior Financial Analyst positions during his 10 years at the company.
Mr. Sulanke most recently held the position of Controller at INR Energy where he developed its accounting staff, systems and policies. Currently, Mr. Sulanke is Vice President and Controller at Natural Resources International, LLC (NRI) a company formed from INR Energy’s management team. NRI is a global company pursuing investments in coal and other industrial minerals as well as mining infrastructure companies. Mr. Sulanke is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from James Madison University and an MBA from University of Richmond.

Director of Technology
Mr. Halasz has more than 20 years of experience in the design, installation and support of various network technologies. As Trust Operations Officer at Signet Trust Company, Mr. Halasz was responsible for managing the computing and network environment, implementing and supporting state-of-the-art technologies for their business applications. His 13 years at SyCom Technologies in Senior-level Engineering positions involved tactical as well as IT Governance-related projects for private and public sector organizations including a large publicly traded coal mining company. Mr. Halasz has extensive training and certifications from vendors and independent alliances such as ISACA, Cisco, Microsoft, DRII and ISC2.
Mr. Halasz most recently guided INR Energy’s business processes development, security initiatives, and overall systems development lifecycle management. He holds the position of Director of Technology at Natural Resources International, LLC (NRI) a company formed from INR Energy’s management team. Mr. Halasz holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
